FAQs

When are you open and available?
We are usually in the studio in Hove Monday to Friday from 10am until 5pm. You can call us on 02071679388 or email us at enquiries@thegreyworks.com or instant message us on the website.

 

Can I visit you?
Yes of course, we run TGW from a studio next to Hove lagoon in East Sussex and we are usually here Monday to Friday from 10am until 5pm. Need to come at the weekend? No problem just make an appointment with rebecca@thegreyworks.com

 

Is it easy to park?
There is plenty of paid parking around us and some free parking available on Basin Road North

 

Do you have all of the products displayed in the studio?
We don’t as we also run a warehouse nearby. All of our smaller items are displayed but if you would like to view furniture, mirrors or lighting please ask so that we can bring it to the studio for you.

 

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to mainland UK and the Channel Islands. We can also deliver to Europe and the Rest of the world, just ask us for a quote.

 

How much will my delivery cost?
Our standard shopping is £5.95. This increases to £9.95 and £14.95 depending on the size and weight of your item.

 

When will my item be delivered?
Typically, your order will be with you in 3-5 days depending on when you placed the order. Our couriers collect and deliver Monday- Friday.

 

How will my item be delivered?
Your item will be packed out to ensure there is no damage and where possible we reuse all of our manufacturers packaging. We also use eco flo (white giant wotsits) which dissolve in water.

Do you offer next day delivery?
Please contact us to arrange next day delivery.
 
 

Do you offer discounts for trade?
We do work closely with trade partners such as event planners and florists please contact us for more information.

 
Do you offer an exchange or refund?
Yes we do. You can return your unwanted item to us (please keep a tracking reference) and receipt, and we will refund your purchase including your original postage and packing cost.
 
 
Do you offer a discount for bulk purchases?
Please contact us to talk about discounts.  If you purchase 10 or more pairs of ester & erik tapered dining candles a 20 percent discount will automatically be applied at the checkout.
 
 
Do you offer a gift wrap service?
We love to gift wrap for you and we will handwrite your message. Just check the box when you check out and tell us your message.
