The Grey Works aims to deliver all standard deliveries to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland from 3-5 working days from the day of your order. We use an e-commerce shipping platform which enables us to select the most efficient courier to deliver your order. This selection process will depend on address location, and the weight and dimensions of your order. Once your order has been placed you will receive notification of your tracking number and updates through to delivery.

The Grey Works also provides a next working day delivery option on standard items for UK and Northern Ireland orders placed before Midday Monday-Friday. This excludes bank holidays.

Standard delivery charge - £5.95 (3-5 working days)

Large Item standard delivery charge - £9.95

Extra Large Item standard delivery charge - £14.95

Courier (Furniture) delivery charge - £29

Courier (Large Furniture) delivery charge - £59

Delivery outside United Kingdom and Northern Ireland-

The Grey Works is happy to work with our customers outside of the UK and Northern Ireland to ensure delivery of our goods where possible. Delivery costs will be based on delivery location and the weight and dimensions of the product required. If you would like your order delivered to an address outside of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, please call us on 02071679388 or 07973 143745 or email rebecca@thegreyworks.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Our warehouse operates Monday-Friday excluding Bank Holidays. During holidays and busy periods such as during a Sale period, our warehouse may be extremely busy, and your parcel may take slightly longer to arrive.
